I love beach sessions!!!! I had the pleasure of photographing this sweet family when they just had one little babe a few years ago! And now they have two adorable little boys. They were so great during the entire session and hammed it up for the camera. Babies grow so fast + change so quickly. I feel it’s so important to capture every stage possible to remember these precious times for years to come! This was at one of my favorite locations, Sandy Hook Beach! It’s just so beautiful. This session reignited my love for beach sessions and I can’t wait to do more.

Sandy Hook Engagement Session | Elyce + Matt

Elyce + Matt are such an awesome couple! They are high school sweethearts (just like me and my husband!) and they got engaged on the beach (just like me and my husband lol) at sunrise! As I talked more with them we found that there were many similarities in our stories including the fact that we live just a block away from each other! I met up with Elyce + Matt at Sandy Hook on a cool Autumn evening. The light was just gorgeous for photos! We started by exploring the bayside and found some really awesome and unique spots. We even got some amazing sunset photos on the bridge right at the perfect time. I had such a blast with these two! They are so easy to talk to and they made the whole session super relaxed. The way they smile and laugh with each other is so adorable! I cannot wait for their wedding in 2020!

Sandy Hook NJ Engagement Session | Christina + Ryan

Back in April I got to photograph this sweet couple on the most gorgeous day of the year! It had been SO cold all winter long and this was the very first day it got about 60 degrees. For that reason alone everyone (in the whole state it seemed) was just in a fantastic mood haha, and I was so excited about this session! I was referred to these two by a wonderful family that I have been photographing for the past several years. I can't wait to see their little niece and nephews as flower girl and ring bearers in their wedding! Christina and Ryan are both so awesome! I knew from the day I met them that they would be amazing to work with and we had so much fun during their session. Sandy Hook is truly one of my favorite locations for an engagement session. We found so many gorgeous locations and the light was just amazing! These two are naturals and I can not wait to see them again and photograph their big day in just a few months!

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I absolutely LOVE engagement sessions on the beach! Melissa and Sean's engagement session was one of my favorites of the year! Despite the fact that it was one of the hottest days of the summer these two did not let that stop them from having a blast together at their favorite beach. I had so much fun with this sweet couple as we explored all the beauty Sandy Hook has to offer. Towards the end of the session we managed to capture the sun setting behind the clouds which lead to my favorite silhouette shot ever! I am so excited to photograph Melissa and Sean's wedding next July!
