Point Pleasant Engagement Photography | Brianna + Derek

I met up with Brianna and Derek on one of the last warm days of Fall. The beach is by far one of my favorite places to be. Especially when official beach season is over. It makes you appreciate it a little more…the sounds of the waves crashing, the colors of the rocks, how the sand feels against your feet, and how perfectly the sky and shore meet. Briana + Derek’s session was fun and romantic. Derek brought the engraved ring box that he proposed with which gave the session a personal touch. They also have a couples tattoo of a heart shaped lock and a key (see below). I thought that was super adorable! These two are such a sweet couple and I loved photographing their engagement session.

Manasquan Inlet | Point Pleasant Engagement Photography | Danielle + Jeff

Danielle + Jeff's Engagement session in Point Pleasant and Manasquan was such a blast and SO gorgeous!!! These two are awesome together and we laughed the whole time while we exchanged quotes from The Office haha! We had so much fun at the Point Pleasant boardwalk which was like a ghost town this late in the season! It was like we had the whole place to ourselves- which was great, haha! Danielle & Jeff wanted to get some photos in the arcade which I am always a fan of. They told me about their collection of arcade tickets and how they are saving up for a really big prize! The boardwalk was all decked out in Fall and Halloween decor and these two had a blast with the Halloween cutouts LOL! We took some beautiful sunny photos on the beach with the palm trees and then headed over to Manasquan Inlet for some photos on the rocks. So pretty! We ended up on this little beach there right at sunset. Perfect timing for some gorgeous romantic sunset photos! I am SO excited for Danielle and Jeff’s wedding. If their engagement session is any indication of how awesome their wedding is going to be I am in for one AMAZING day!

I always find it amusing when people say “I can’t even” but with these two I don’t know what else to say because as I was editing these photos all I kept thinking was “I can’t even!" Haha. They are too adorable together! I always love engagement sessions at Point Pleasant board walk because there are so many places to go for fun and creative shots! It also just so happened that this boardwalk is very special to John & Carmella because it is where they first started dating and even where John proposed. It was such a beautiful evening and I loved getting to spend time with this sweet couple and learn more about them before their big day! I can't wait to photograph their wedding next August :)

Point Pleasant NJ, Engagement Session {Julia & Craig} NJ Wedding Photography

I love living near the Jersey Shore! I was so excited when Julia and Craig said they wanted to have their engagement session at Point Pleasant. I did some of my favorite bridal party portraits there last year and couldn't wait to go back. It was so much fun walking around with these two, playing boardwalk games, going on the swings, getting ice-cream, and even playing a game of mini golf! The weather wasn't perfect but they didn't let that stop them from exploring all Point Pleasant has to offer. Julia and Craig are so sweet and down-to-earth! I can't wait to photograph their wedding one of my favorite venues in just a week and a half :)
